The Restaurant "Le Vele" of the Hotel American Palace is a refined environment, that welcomes you every evening with a menu that enhances the culinary tradition of Italy.

Among the main courses stand out the first courses, which pay homage to the traditional Roman recipes, prepared with fresh raw materials from the Roman and Lazio territory.

The Chefs have dedicated a large section of the menu to high-quality meat dishes, coming strictly from selected farms.

You can choose the sliced meats in different variants, such as the one with taleggio cheese fondue and pomegranate, and the precious Angus cut served with crispy potato chips.
The fillets are offered with tasty combinations, such as gorgonzola and walnuts or mushrooms and chestnuts, and are accompanied by numerous side dishes ranging from seasonal vegetables to potatoes flavored with Provencal herbs.

And for those who want a quick and gourmet dish, our sandwiches will surprise you with original ingredients and combinations, such as: Octopus burger with "roasted" octopus, paprika potatoes and sautéed escarole; or Fit with grilled chicken breast, avocado, zero yogurt and "green" tomato.

The wine list includes labels representative of the different Italian regions and has been curated to enhance each dish. Our maître will be happy to advise you on the wines that best accompany the genuine flavors of meat and recipes, ensuring a satisfying culinary experience.

During the summer, the outdoor space of the Hotel American Palace becomes an ideal place for outdoor dinners and special events. It is a quiet and cozy space, perfect for enjoying an evening under the stars or relaxing with a drink from our indoor bar.
